BOOKING & RETAINER
These Terms & Conditions provide general information and guidelines for using this website and working with Nicole Schules Photography. Specific session policies, payment terms, cancellation policies, and other booking terms will be outlined in your photography agreement.
A signed contract and non-refundable retainer are required to reserve your session date. Your session is not booked until both are received. Retainers are non-transferable and secure your date on my calendar.
Terms & Conditions
LEGAL INFORMATION
LAST UPDATED
PAYMENT
The remaining balance is due as outlined in your contract. All payments are non-refundable.
Payment plans may be available upon request.
CANCELLATION
Retainers are non-refundable. If you need to cancel or reschedule your session, please provide at least 48 hours' notice. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 48 hours of the session may be subject to the terms outlined in your photography agreement.
RESCHEDULING
If rescheduling is necessary due to illness, weather, or emergencies, I will do my best to find a new date that works for us both. Rescheduled sessions are subject to availability.
SESSION TIME
Session start times are agreed upon in advance. Please arrive on time so we can make the most of your session. Late arrivals may result in a shortened session.

IMAGE DELIVERY
A curated gallery of professionally edited images will be delivered within the timeframe outlined in your contract. Delivery times may vary during busy seasons.
IMAGE RELEASE & MODEL RELEASE
Images from sessions may be featured in Nicole Schules Photography's portfolio, website, social media, or marketing materials when permission has been provided as outlined in the client's photography agreement or model release.
COPYRIGHT
All photographs remain the copyright of Nicole Schules Photography. Images may not be edited, altered, filtered, sold, or used for commercial purposes without written permission.
PRINTS & PRODUCTS
Prints, albums, and other products may be purchased through your gallery. Nicole Schules Photography is not responsible for colors or quality of prints ordered through third-party labs.
CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY

Clients are responsible for selecting outfits, arriving on time, and following any location or studio guidelines. Children must be supervised by a parent or guardian at all times.
LIABILITY
While every effort is made to provide a safe, enjoyable experience, Nicole Schules Photography is not responsible for injuries, accidents, or loss of personal belongings during your session.
WEBSITE CONTENT
The content of this website, including images and text, is owned by Nicole Schules Photography and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.
CHANGES TO TERMS
These Terms & Conditions may be updated from time to time. The most current version will always be available on this website.
